Nicknamed the “Newport of the Midwest,” Lake Geneva, WI is a resort town that serves as a respite for many who live in the nearby cities of Milwaukee or Chicago. The community is a permanent home to those who live there year-round but also holds many secondary residences for those who like to get away from the daily grind of city life for summers or weekend getaways.

One such residence on the south shore of Geneva Lake serves as a gathering spot for a retired couple to host their children and grandkids. The trouble was each family member has their own definition of comfort, with some wanting their rooms cooled to the mid 60s and others preferring significantly warmer temperatures.
When the owner contacted Jerry Chmura of Integration Solutions Group to upgrade the 6,600 square foot home’s central HVAC, he had specific zoning requests, including eleven separate thermostats for the many bedrooms.
