That’s why we set up Unico University as your “one-stop-shop” for all things Unico.
Unico University offers a choice of three types of training programs to get you on board and help you keep informed about new installation innovations and methods: Online, Field, and Factory Training.
Types of Training Programs
Online Training
Unico offers online courses on the basics of the Unico System. This is a great way to familiarize yourself with the Unico System, it’s innovative components, and gain insight on how installing the Unico System can help your business grow.

Field Training
Unico also offers several training locations around the country which are conducted by our local Unico representatives. Though not quite as immersive as Unico University In-Factory Training, you and your employees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Unico System and proper installations techniques.

In-Factory Training
Hosted at the Unico factory in St. Louis, this immersive, in-person training occurs once a month and includes demonstrations, hands-on instruction, and includes a tour of the factory. Unico trainer, Matt Gordon, will cover everything you need to know about the Unico System, including start-up, layout, design, and troubleshooting. This course is available in a 2 day and 2.5 day training.

Tech Talk with Matt Gordon
In addition to the Unico University training program, Unico trainer, Matt Gordon hosts a fun, always informative webinar series. Learn more about Unico from our resident expert!
Geared for contractors, distributors, or other industry professionals, the hour-long session begins with a topic of technical importance for Unico, or even something more general in the HVAC world. Matt will explain it simply, thoroughly, and sometimes hysterically. Following the discussion, the session opens up for a Q&A with Matt about anything that comes up relating to HVAC, or otherwise.
