Three Arch Bay is a private community in Laguna Beach, CA. The area gets its name from the formation of three natural arches in the rocky cliffs along the ocean. It’s the kind of place where you would imagine Southern California’s elite live, with picturesque ocean views and homes with swimming pools built into the intertidal rocks that are replenished by the incoming tides.

Bill Hoyt and his team at Endless Summer Heating & Air Conditioning know the area very well, having installed and serviced high-end products like The Unico System to denizens of SoCal’s upscale neighborhoods for over 30 years.
So, when they got a call to install new HVAC systems in a 5,000 square foot home undergoing a complete remodel and rebuild in the community, they weren’t fazed at all. To meet the owner’s two demands –
the system needed to be completely unseen and able to keep a steady temperature of 67⁰F – Bill knew the only choice was The Unico System.
